This porject is an intimate collection of 40 contemporary residential apartments by design-led developers, Londonewcastle, all housed behind a dramatic Victorian facade in the heart of Covent Garden, London’s most celebrated cultural neighbourhood. With the architecture by Apt Architects (formerly Robin Partington and Partners) and landscaped gardens by Chelsea award winning, Andy Sturgeon Design, the building offers a real sense of exclusivity amongst the hustle and bustle of Covent Garden.

With outside space a premium in the city, the majority of apartments benefit from landscaped town gardens, roof terraces or over-sized balconies, making the building something of a rarity.
